Melrose – Wilmington Rail Trail Ride Sat 15 October

18th Aug

The Melrose Wilmington Rail Trail is a new bike trail tracking the old railway line between Melrose and Wilmington. This ride is an opportunity to challenge yourself to ride up to 20km one way along the picturesque trail through the bush.  This is a safe trail with most of the ride being off road and is suitable for anyone who enjoys a reasonably active life. The pace is at your own speed and the terrain is flat to undulating. The surface is graded earth. Reward your achievement with a BBQ lunch in Paradise Square, in down town Melrose afterwards

All profits raised will go towards the Royal Flying Doctor Service. Your entry fee pays only for the safe running of the event. Please feel free to support the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

This is a supported ride. A support vehicle will follow the route to give you and your bike a lift if you need one. It will take you part of the way or to the finish line.
